Hall Rental

Host your event or gathering at our hall (Wedding, Graduation, Fundraiser, Birthday, Baby Shower)

Whats included?

  • Seating Capacity 204 (tables and chairs available)

  • Wheelchair Accessible (handicap parking & Wheelchair ramp)

  • Rental includes the use of kitchen (2 Stoves, Fridge)

  • Must provide your own cookware, dishes, and silverware.

  • Commercial coffee maker

  • Central Air (heat/cool)

  • 1 day early access (setup day)

  • Rent cost $500 (due 7 days before the event)

  • $350 Security Deposit (due at booking)

Fluvanna Fire Department is committed to providing our community members with a safe and enjoyable place to host events. Our hall rental process is easy and straightforward. To get started, please check the calendar on our home page for date availability. Then, download the application, fill it out properly, and make sure it is signed and notarized. When your documents and deposit check are ready.
